PressPlay Agent Expansion Network

  • Agents pay their full Market Center cap.
  • Agents do not pay splits on personal transactions with our expansion network.
    • There is a 25% referral fee on partnered Lead Gen transactions from the combined ad spend.
    • Agents may also opt into the ISA nurturing the agent’s SOI by tagging contacts “PressPlay Nurture” and there is a 25% referral fee paid on contacts sent to the agent for an appointment.
  • $500 subscription fee each month or $5,000 annually; Subscription includes: 
    • 5-10 Hours a Month of ISA/VA Database Management – For individual agents, this will consist of lead follow-up and lead nurturing. For small teams and Productivity Coaching Programs, the ISA/VA time will be utilized for lead follow-up accountability for agents and database organization.
    • Lead Aggregators: Use license for Seller Leads – HouseMetrix.com, Renter to Buyer Leads – SamePaymentNow.com, and Client Reviews – WantsReviews.com (PressPlay Marketing Company products).
    • Weekly Content Marketing:  Includes a Blog – Images/videos & captions written for all social platforms with a suggested ad strategy for the blog as well.
  • Ad Spend Match: We will partner with the agent/team and match up to $250 of the Agent or Market Center’s ad spend each month if they decide to participate in a market campaign we will manage for them.
  • Agents are free to keep all their own branding and run their business as a single agent/team.

$5,000.00 – $500.00 / month with a 5-day free trial and a $500.00 sign-up fee
