Ad campaigns are subject to compliance with local MLS and board rules and guidelines and include: 

  • Coming Soon AD  (where allowed and in compliance with clear cooperation)
  • Just Listed AD 
  • Under Contract AD (once, not for multiple contracts)
  • Price reduction AD (once)
  • Sold

Additional Details: 

  • AD to be approved by every agent 24 hours before posting for errors, updates, etc.
  • Generated through the agent’s KW Command or individual FB Ad Account (account access needed) 
  • Ad spend per AD is set by the agent (ex: $5 per ad)
  • Email blast to the database for new listing through Command 
  • Orders MUST be placed 3 business days before coming soon or active and MUST have photos, links, and property description completed.
