The primary goal of the DMC is to monetize the influence your MCs have with your agents, just like Facebook does for its users. The secondary goal is to solve a bunch of the problems most MCs have with communication, recruiting, culture, productivity, etc.
There are two ways the platform monetizes Agent Influence: First, the Vendor Affiliate Program: Vendors pay for a user account, ad space, and other tiered benefits within the DMC and MC. Second, Professional Services: The DMC store allows both PressPlay and the Market Center to offer professional services (listing promotion, social media, and database management, lead generation, etc) to the agents directly.
Fees
DMC:
– $2000 set-up fee.
– $500 per month thereafter for hosting and use license.
