Vendor participation works by pooling funds from 12 featured businesses with each contributing a portion of the monthly marketing cost. This shared investment model reduces the financial burden for individual vendors while enabling a robust and multi-channel marketing strategy that benefits everyone involved.

Services Include: Assistance with identifying and selecting a compelling community promotion for homeowners, exclusive custom tile as one of only 12 Featured Vendors on the home page of the community website, a custom lead capture page promoting the community promotional offer for your business directly capturing homeowner information with lead notifications sent to your team via text and email, bi-annual promotion of your specific community promotional offering highlighted on the community home page and via a premium monthly mailer sent to the community, inclusion in the geo-targeted digital ads, and promotion of services via professional bi-weekly email campaign.

Featured Vendor Sponsor Investment:

Setup Fee: $250 (one-time) Covers the creation of a featured vendor tile highlighted on the main community home page and custom lead capture page, including details of community promotional offer, company bio, contact info, website and social media links, and team branding.

Monthly Fee: $290 (recurring fee – first payment charged two weeks after setup fee) Funds multichannel marketing strategy and maintains the monthly cost for hosting, updating, and maintaining the community site.

Recurring 6-Month Commitment and 60-day Cancellation Notice: Each member of the co-op group that is invited to participate must commit to a recurring 6-month commitment with a 60-day cancellation notice required to allow time to identify and set up a replacement to ensure fulfillment of all services identified above for other members of the co-op group.
